Shipping Policy

At aSoudif, we strive to deliver your wooden masterpieces as quickly and securely as possible. Once your order is placed, our warehouse team at VNCraft springs into action.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Standard US Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after processing.
• Order Tracking: Once your puzzle is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our CNC-cut puzzles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• 30-Day Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the puzzle must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the protective seal intact.
• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your puzzle arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the defect, and we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Please reach out to us via our Contact Page with your order number. Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
