1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (US)

We offer reliable shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
• Free Shipping: We proudly offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Damages and Issues in Transit

If your puzzle arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at support@asoudif.click with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work swiftly to send a replacement.
